How Do You Eat Boursin Cheese?
Boursin cheese is amazingly versatile. You can simply plate it with some crackers on a charcuterie board, and people will love it. But jazzing it up as we do in this recipe makes it taste that much better, I think!
Recipe Ingredients
Cherry tomatoes – You can use cherry or grape tomatoes in the dish.
Garlic cloves, minced – Fresh garlic is best, but you can use jarred minced garlic in a pinch.
Olive oil – You want to use a good-quality extra-virgin olive oil; you will notice the taste difference!
Italian seasoning – Use a pre-made Italian seasoning; it is easy to find in any grocery store.
Kosher salt, to taste -Use kosher salt or sea salt for seasoning.
Fresh black pepper – A few turns of fresh black pepper add so much flavor.
Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese – I like the garlic and fine herb, but you can use any of the various Boursin flavored cheeses you like.
Fresh parsley, chopped – For a splash of color and flavor to finish.
Crusty bread or crackers, for serving – Serve it with crusty bread, crostini, or your favorite crackers.
How To Make Hot Boursin Dip

Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF.
Toss the tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in your baking dish until everything is well coated.
Arrange the tomatoes around the outer edge of the dish. This should leave an open space in the middle. Place the entire wheel of Boursin cheese into the center of the dish.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. The dip is ready when the tomatoes have burst, and the Boursin is very soft and melted.

Remove the dish from the oven. Gently stir the tomatoes from the edges into the melted Boursin, leaving the center mostly cheese.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with bread, crostini, pita chips or crackers.
Little Chef’s Secrets
FAQS
1. Let the Boursin Soften First
Bring the cheese to room temperature before baking. It melts more evenly and stays ultra creamy.
2. Donโt Overbake
Boursin is already soft; you just want it warmed through and slightly bubbly, not dry.
3. Use the Right Baking Dish
A small shallow dish helps the dip heat evenly and gives you that bubbly, golden top.
4. Top Before Baking
Add chopped herbs, cracked pepper, red pepper flakes, or a drizzle of honey before baking for extra flavor.
5. Finish with Fresh Herbs
A sprinkle of fresh parsley, chives, or thyme right before serving makes it look restaurant-worthy.
6. Serve It Hot
This dip is best warm and melty. If it firms up, pop it back in the oven for a few minutes.
7. Make It Ahead
Assemble the dip in the dish, cover, refrigerate, and bake just before serving. How easy is that?
