Caraway Non-Stick Ceramic 9”x13” Rectangle Pan – Naturally Slick Ceramic Coating

This recipe was first seen on TikTok, which is a platform that I don’t use and never share recipes from. But this one came into the mainstream and definitely caught my eye. There are many versions of this recipe, but I landed on this one after testing, and we all just loved it. One of our favorite Asian vegetables is bok choy.
Ingredients in One Pan Dumpling Dinner

I love this recipe because the ingredients really make the flavors in this dinner sing! You get all of the big Asian flavors in a quick and easy dinner!
Recipe Ingredients
Garlic and Ginger, minced – You can use jarred pre-minced garlic and ginger in a pinch, but I prefer mincing fresh garlic and ginger.
Soy sauce, low sodium – I like to use low-sodium soy sauce; I find the regular soy sauce too salty.
Rice vinegar – This adds a nice bit of acid without being overpowering.
Sesame oil – For that smooth Asian flavor.
Red curry paste – This helps bring a little heat to the dish. Use a brand you know and trust so that it isn’t too spicy.
Full-fat coconut milk – Adds the creaminess that you can’t get any other way.
Bok choy – I like to call this Asian lettuce, which adds great texture and nutrients to this recipe.
Frozen dumplings – You can use chicken, pork, or, if you are looking to keep the dish vegetarian, you can use vegetable dumplings.
Cilantro, chopped – Some people like it, some people don’t. I like it, and I think it adds a pop of color to the dish.
Green onions, chopped – Sprinkled on top, they add color and a mild flavor to the recipe.
Toasted sesame seeds – Just a sprinkling over the top adds a nutty taste to finish the recipe.
Hoisin sauce and/or sriracha sauce for serving – If you like it sweet, serve it with hoisin sauce; if you like it spicy, serve it with siracha. Or both!

Little Chef’s Secrets
FAQS
Make sure to bake the dumplings on top of the bok choy. If they are in the sauce, they tend to get soggy.
Don’t thaw the dumplings, but use them from frozen.
Storage
If there are leftovers, take the dumplings out of the sauce and store them in a separate container from the other ingredients. Reheat in a microwave separately and then add back into the sauce.
