One Pan Dumpling Dinner

Here is a simple, cozy, one pan dumpling dinner you can make start to finish in one baking dish. This recipe will fix your Asian food craving easily.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp red curry paste
  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 5 cups Bok choy
  • 20 frozen dumplings chicken, pork or vegetable
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • Hosain sauce and/or siracha sauce for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a 9 x 13 casserole dish, combine the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, curry paste, coconut milk and water. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Lay the bok choy leaves on top of the sauce to form a layer. Place the frozen dumplings on top of the bok choy and cover the dish tightly with foil.
  4. Place in the pre-heated and bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until the dumplings are heated through the center.
  5. Divide the dumplings and sauce between 4 bowls and top with the cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds. Drizzle with Hosain sauce and siracha if desired.
  6. Enjoy!
