- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a 9 x 13 casserole dish, combine the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, curry paste, coconut milk and water. Stir until well mixed.
- Lay the bok choy leaves on top of the sauce to form a layer. Place the frozen dumplings on top of the bok choy and cover the dish tightly with foil.
- Place in the pre-heated and bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until the dumplings are heated through the center.
- Divide the dumplings and sauce between 4 bowls and top with the cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds. Drizzle with Hosain sauce and siracha if desired.
