This Crostini Recipe is simple to make yet brings the perfect slate for any dip or topping. Crostini are something that we make constantly in our household.

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lay the baguette slices out on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Using a pastry brush, brush the baguette slices on the one side with the olive oil. Turn the slices over and brush the other side with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the baguette slices with the sea salt and bake in the center of the oven for 12 -15 minutes.
  5. Watch them closely, you want them slightly toasted but not burnt.
  6. Garnish with the chopped parsley if desired and serve with any dip, cheese platter, or charcuterie board.
  7. Enjoy!
