Ingredients
- 1 baguette sliced very thin on the bias
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 Tbsp parsley chopped (optional)
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Lay the baguette slices out on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Using a pastry brush, brush the baguette slices on the one side with the olive oil. Turn the slices over and brush the other side with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the baguette slices with the sea salt and bake in the center of the oven for 12 -15 minutes.
- Watch them closely, you want them slightly toasted but not burnt.
- Garnish with the chopped parsley if desired and serve with any dip, cheese platter, or charcuterie board.
- Enjoy!
