Ingredients

  • 1 lb spicy sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz Velveeta cubed
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble with a spatula until it's browned and cooked through. Drain the grease from the skillet.
  3. Add the cooked sausage, cream cheese, and Velveeta in a large bowl of a stand mixer. Whirl until well blended. Add the Monterey Jack, sour cream, and green onions and gently stir. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder until the mixture is uniform.
  4. Spoon the dip into a 9x9 inch baking dish and spread it out.
  5. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. The dip is ready when the edges are bubbling and it's heated through in the center.
  6. Allow the dip to cool for several minutes before you serve it.
