Honey Roasted Cashews

With a crisp, caramelized coating and satisfying crunch, these homemade honey roasted cashews make a delicious snack, party treat, or edible gift. They’re simple to make with just a few ingredients and taste even better than store-bought versions.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups Salted Cashews
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Granulated Sugar

Method
 

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 325℉ and lining your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Then melt the honey and butter together in the microwave or stovetop and stir well.
  3. Add the cashews to a bowl and then stir in the honey mixture.
  4. Lay the honey-covered cashews onto your parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with the sugar, tossing to evenly coat all cashews, then let cool at least 10 minutes before enjoying!
