Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet 1 ounce ranch dressing seasoning mix
Optional Garnish
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley chives, or green onions
Method
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Cut the baby potatoes in half and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the ranch seasoning packet over the potatoes. Toss well until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet, cut side down for better browning.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 425°F, turning once halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and fork-tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.
Serve
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley or green onions if desired. Serve warm with grilled meats, burgers, or roasted chicken.
Storage
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to bring back the crispy texture.
