Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 12 oz bag of Frozen Green Beans
  • 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 32 oz Frozen Tater Tots
  • Green onions chopped (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a medium skillet, cook ground beef. Add 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp onion powder while cooking the ground beef.
  3. Once ground beef is cooked, add 1 can cream of mushroom, 1 can cream of celery and 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce to the skillet and stir together.
  4. Next, spoon the ground beef mixture into a 9 x 13 pan. Spread it out evenly across the pan.
  5. Pour the bag of green beans on top of the ground beef mixture, again spreading the green beans evenly across the meat layer.
  6. Next spread 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese over the green beans.
  7. Lastly, place the tater tots in rows on top of the mozzarella layer until the entire pan is covered.
  8. Place the casserole (uncovered) into the preheated oven and cook for 25 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and you can see the cheese melting below (you can see small peaks of the cheese in between the tater tots).
  9. Once the casserole is done, pull it out of the oven and serve. Optional: If desired, sprinkle slices of green onion on top for garnish before serving.
